In fact, INOVESCO was created in 2000 from the merger of several firms and a series of acquisitions. These transactions will propel the company amongst the leaders in the insurance market of Quebec, covering 3 major regions (Outaouais, Montreal and Lanaudière). In the spring of the same year, INOVESCO's head office becomes the first brokerage in its industry to obtain "ISO 9002" certification, demonstrating its avant-gardism and strive to offer a superior service.
The evolution of the company does not stop there. Indeed, the company continues to grow at a rapid pace, integrating the new ISO 9001:2000 procedures in all its processes and extending this new certification to all its offices. Moreover, INOVESCO expands its market by setting up in the Ottawa region. The firm is then up to the 5th position of the largest damage insurance brokerage in the province of Quebec, with a staff of nearly 180 professionals. From its network of offices in Quebec and eastern Ontario, the company offers a regionalized service to over 45 000 customers in one or another of its 9 different business places. Also in order to continue its development, INOVESCO has acquired in January 2008 a cabinet which, by the profile of its employees and of its customers, fully integrated with existing activities.

On September 11th, 2008, after 45 years of constant growth, the company renews its image and change its name for la turquoise. Why? There are two main reasons for changing our corporate image and name.
The legal constraint
As it happens, the name INOVESCO too closely resembles the corporate name of another world-class company working in the same area of activity. Given the probability of someone confusing our name with the other company's, in addition to wanting to avoid considerable legal and judicial problems, we are seizing the opportunity to change our name. By taking concrete action, we will heighten the company's visibility on the market.
The desire to evolve
To evolve and move toward the future! This possibility is what really motivates us to invest our time and energy in the change. We see ourselves striding toward the future equipped with a fresh corporate image that better reflects our current values, mission and ambition.
Besides changing our name and refreshing our corporate image, this change is a unique opportunity to modernize our communication tools, in order to be even more present and active in our area of activity as wells as our community. That is why we are proud to present our brand new, state-of-the-art website. Thanks to an improved navigation, the new web site makes it easier for visitors to find the information they need. We should also consider the changes on the graphics and page layouts, always in order to offer a better virtual experience on our website.
