A variety of social benefits
To promote satisfaction and retention of our staff, a variety of social benefits including floating days, a group RRSP and group insurance are offered to our employees. However, what distinguishes us from other companies in our sector is our "Loyalty Fund", which takes the forme of a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), was established in 2003 and provides employees with an additional income for their retirement.
We have also introduced pay equity, which gives all employees access to remuneration according to their performances and highlights the value of integrity of the company. Also, pay equity allows the company and its managers to make a fair cost control by providing precise data on our past, present and future payroll.
