If some of your customers recently received a call or a telephone message informing them that their insurance policy is due and that they have to pay right now to continue being insured, be aware that this is a fraudulent message. No company name or telephone number is mentioned in these messages, but some customers called our offices to express their concern. If you receive a call from your customers concerning this matter, please inform them that ING Insurance does not inform its policyholders of their policy expiry date by telephone.
