I hate dealing with agents but with you guys, I find it's more personal. I always had great service with you, I've been with you guys since I'm18 (almost 20 years), before I moved to Ottawa I was dealing with the Buckingham branch. The only thing I didn't like when I moved is that on the Quebec side I was paying 500$, when over here it's double. I guess it's a provincial thing... Thank you Sherry Anne for your great service.
