Hello, I’m Gabriella Francis Hancu

After five years in the insurance industry, I remain passionate about helping clients make informed decisions and selecting the right insurance coverage.

Before moving into insurance, I spent six years in the automotive sector. This experience gave me a strong understanding of vehicles, their value and the considerations involved in protecting them.

As a trilingual broker, I am proud to offer accessible, personalized service to a diverse clientele in English, French and Romanian.

After more than 15 years in the financial sector, I felt ready for a new challenge and the next step in my career. I then moved into property and casualty insurance, where I began working in sales. This role allowed me to deepen my understanding of clients’ needs and provide solutions tailored to their situations.

I later held coaching and management positions, where I supported team members, shared my experience and helped them achieve their goals. This journey strengthened my leadership, communication and customer service skills.

I am actively involved in community initiatives, local events and organizations. I enjoy giving back to the community and making a positive contribution to my environment.
