1. Giveaway Organizer
This Giveaway is organized by Cabinet La Turquoise (hereinafter “the Organizer”).
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on January 5th, 2026, and ends on January 16th, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
The draw to determine the winners will take place no later than Monday, January 19th, 2026.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Giveaway, participants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be a resident of Quebec
- Like the Facebook page of the following entity:
- La Turquoise, Agence en assurance de dommages
- Tag at least one person in the Giveaway post between January 5th and January 16th, 2026.
- Share the Giveaway post to their story.
- No purchase necessary.
Exclusions
The following individuals cannot participate in the Giveaway:
- Employees of L'Agence La Turquoise, and Cabinet La Turquoise
- Immediate family members of La Turquoise employees
4. Prize
The Giveaway features two Accolad gift cards from La Turquoise’s boutique (Canadian and Quebec business option) (valued at $50 each).
Winners are not required to complete a skill-testing question to receive the prize.
5. Winner Selection
- The list of eligible participants will be compiled at La Turquoise’s office, 104 Dubois Street, Saint-Eustache, QC, J7P 4W9, where the drawing will take place.
- The draw will be conducted no later than Monday, January 19th, 2026.
- Winners will be contacted personally by Marie-Ève Bouchard, Vice-President of Communications, for prize delivery.
6. Cancellation, Suspension, or Modification of the Giveaway
The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend, in whole or in part, the Giveaway in the event of any occurrence that could disrupt its proper conduct, including:
- A technical or computer problem preventing the complete registration of entries.
- Any human intervention that could alter or influence the administration, security, fairness, or conduct of the giveaway.
